Proposed Rules for Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)

This notice is to inform interested stakeholders that the Health Care Authority is extending the public comment period for rules filed under WSR 23-19-051,
to November 7, 2023.

The rules being revised are:

Electronic Visit Verification
Chapter 182-551 WAC, Subchapter II – Home Health Services
WAC 182-502-0002, Eligible provider types
WAC 182-502-0100, General conditions of payment
WAC 182-538-070, Payments, corrective action, and sanctions for MCOs
