Benefits administrator (BA) training manuals for Benefits 24/7 have been posted on the BA website, Forms and Publications page. The three chapters of the manual includes step-by-step instructions for managing employee accounts.
- Chapter 1 includes terminology, how to log into Benefits 24/7, and a description of the Administrator’s dashboard.
- Chapter 2 includes managing BA access, contact information, available reports, subscriber enrollment history adding, and troubleshooting employee login issues.
- Chapter 3 includes the step-by-step instructions for creating and managing employee accounts, managing dependent verification and special open enrollment requests, and correcting errors.
In addition to the manuals, there are instructional videos, recorded webinars, and a training environment for practicing. We recommend you take some time to log into the training environment prior to the Benefits 24/7 launch.
