The launch of Benefits 24/7, the new combined online enrollment system for the Public Employees Benefits Board (PEBB) and School Employees Benefits Board (SEBB) Programs, has been delayed. Originally planned for June 12, 2023, the launch will now take place on a later date. The Health Care Authority (HCA) requires more time to ensure a successful launch by conducting additional testing and addressing any identified issues. We will communicate further details and an updated launch date in the near future. Until then, please continue to use PAY1 for benefits administration.
