Pay 1 and PEBB My Account unavailable after June 9

We want to let you know about the upcoming changes regarding Pay1 as we prepare to launch Benefits 24/7.

Pay1 and PEBB My Account will no longer be available after 5 p.m. on Friday, June 9. Enrollment data will be migrated to new the application, Benefits 24/7. Beginning Monday, June 12, you will be able to resume viewing enrollments and making updates in the new system.

Please note: The transition won’t change employees' enrollment or termination effective dates.

To help you prepare for the launch of Benefits 24/7, we recommend taking these steps:

  1. Notify your employees that they won’t have access to their accounts in PEBB My Account after June 9. They won’t be able to make elections or submit Special Open Enrollment (SOE) changes until June 12 when Benefits 24/7 is live. We have provided a forwardable message below for you to share with employees on June 5
  2. Make sure your BAs sign up to receive GovDelivery notices. (If you received this message, you’re already signed up.) This is how we will continue to share Benefits 24/7 and other important updates with you and your team.
