Public comment period for the MTP waiver amendment request ends Monday!

Through Monday, May 22, the Health Care Authority (HCA) welcomes feedback on the draft Medicaid Transformation Project (MTP) waiver amendment request. The feedback we receive will help refine the request that HCA and the Department of Social and Health Services will submit to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services later this year.

How can I share my feedback with HCA?

You can provide your feedback during the formal public comment period, April 20–May 22, by:

Who should provide feedback?

Public comment is open to anyone who would like to share feedback. We encourage health care and social service providers, Tribal Nations, Indian health care providers, Accountable Communities of Health, managed care organizations, hospitals and health systems, medical associations, community-based organizations, the public, and others to provide input.
