We are contacting you because MetLife is migrating their MyBenefits portal to a new platform on Tuesday, May 30. The migration will take place from 5 to 6 p.m. Any disruption for users should be minor and will last only for a few minutes. If users access the portal before the migration begins or after it’s finished, they should not have any disruption. If users try to access the portal while the migration is in process, they may receive an error message.

What’s happening?

MetLife is migrating their MyBenefits portal to a new platform on Tuesday, May 30, from 5 to 6 p.m. If you log in to the MyBenefits portal during that time, you may experience a brief disruption of service. After the migration, the portal’s login page will have a new look. However, once logged in to your account, your information will look the same as it has in the past.

What do I need to do?

If you receive an error message while trying to log in to the MyBenefits portal, wait for five minutes, refresh the webpage, and try to log in again.
