The next round of Benefits 24/7 instructional videos are now available

Good afternoon,

Instructional videos for the third round of Benefits 24/7 training environment sessions are now available. These videos are posted to the Training materials and recordings webpage and are designed to serve as the primary training for administering benefits in the new program. 

  • Entering and verifying special open enrollments
  • Managing benefits administrator access in Benefits 24/7
  • Managing employer contacts in Benefits 24/7

We will be releasing more instructional videos in the coming weeks, so stay tuned. We'll send an announcement for each new round of sessions.

Benefits 24/7 training environment

Access to the Benefits 24/7 training environment is available for benefits administrators (BAs) to practice what you've learned in the training videos. 

If you're unable to log in, please send an HCA Support ticket to us using the "Request Training" category. Be sure to include your first and last name, agency name and agency/subagency number, and email address in the body of your message.

Registration remains available on the Training schedule page to attend upcoming sessions, which offer BAs the opportunity to join the Outreach and Training staff in the training environment to discuss any questions you have.

The third round of sessions will take place on April 26 for BAs of state agencies and higher education institutions and on April 28 for employer groups. During these sessions, BAs will have the opportunity to ask questions related to the third round of instructional videos.

Recordings of the sessions will be posted to the Training materials and recordings webpage. The instructional videos for session one and two, and recordings of the first webinar sessions are also available on this page.
