We are excited to announce that on May 8, 2023, SEBB My Account (SMA) will be replaced with the new Benefits 24/7 online enrollment system. Benefits 24/7 will provide an improved user experience and better features to manage SEBB benefits.

To help benefits administrators prepare for this update, Outreach and Training is offering two webinar trainings. The first webinar will be held next week on April 13, and the second webinar will be held on April 27. Both webinars will cover the changes associated with the new system. The second webinar on April 27 will also provide any updates that may have occurred since the April 13 webinar.

We strongly encourage you to attend both trainings to ensure a smooth transition to Benefits 24/7. However, if you are unable to attend, a recording of each training will be made available on the Training materials and recordings webpage.
