New name for Medicaid Transformation Project (MTP) page

We recently updated the MTP one-year extension and amendment page on the HCA website (hca.wa.gov). The page is now called “MTP amendment request” instead of “one year extension and amendment.”

Any bookmarks or links to the page hca.wa.gov/about-hca/programs-and-initiatives/medicaid-transformation-project-mtp/one-year-extension-and-amendment will be broken.
