New name for Cascade Select rulemaking page

Time to update or replace your bookmarks and web links

We recently updated the page for Cascade Select Rulemaking on hca.wa.gov. The page is now called “Hospital provider participation requirements” instead of “Rulemaking.”

What is Cascade Select?

Cascade Select is Washington’s public option plan offered under Cascade Care. Cascade Care is a multi-agency effort involving the Washington Health Benefit Exchange (HBE), Health Care Authority (HCA), and Office of the Insurance Commissioner (OIC). HBE oversees the entire Cascade Care program. HCA is responsible for procuring the Cascade Select (public option) plans under Cascade Care.
