Supported Employment Fidelity Review Incentive Funds

Hello FCS Supported Employment provider agencies! The Health Care Authority is excited to announce that we are still accepting applications for the 2023 Supported Employment Fidelity Review Incentive Funds.

There are funds remaining for:

  • Host a Baseline review and have one person be on a fidelity reviewer team to review another agency: $7,500
  • Host a follow up fidelity review for those agencies having already done a baseline:  $5,000
  • Participate as a team member on two fidelity review teams with a DBHR lead reviewer:  $7,500

Everyone that has participated as a fidelity reviewer has indicated that the process was amazing, and that they learned so much about Individual Placement and Support (IPS). Agencies that have hosted a review have indicated that it results in improved services and collaboration with other agencies.

Applications will be accepted until all of the funds are spoken for.

We look forward to hearing from you!

On February 14, Pathways to Housing will go live with a host of new documents and information.  There will be population specific information, sample documents related to supportive housing, and Trainings!

Trainings modules included:

  • Supportive Housing
  • Landlord Engagement
  • Peer Support Services

We will continue to add new recordings of our trainings and information as it becomes available. Also, stay tuned as this website will launch a whole new look October 1, so put it on your favorites list!

Call for Foundational Community Supports Tips for Engagement

Are you or your agency doing something unique or creative in engaging participants in Supportive Housing or Supported Employment Services? Do you have tips or tricks that work to help agencies struggling with keeping participants engaged in services? We want to hear from you! By sharing what works, we are continuing our statewide learning collaborative and learning from one another in order to improve services across Washington State.

There are a few different ways to share:

  • An individual or agency can write up their tips and tricks or share a story.
  • Provide a write-up along with pictures.

If your agency would like to be part of this project to share how you like to engage participants and how it has made a difference, please contact us by email at HCAEmpAssist@hca.wa.gov. Please be sure to include contact information, including full name and email address and agency.
