Apple Health Preferred Drug List

Effective for claims with dates of service on and after January 1, 2023 Washington Apple Health (Medicaid), administered by the Health Care Authority, has updated the Apple Health Preferred Drug List (PDL).

Please see the agency’s Apple Health PDL page to access the Apple Health PDL 1/1/2023 pre-release.

All agency-contracted managed care organizations (MCOs) and the fee-for-service (FFS) program use the Apple Health PDL.
