ACHs earn incentives in second pay-for-reporting cycle
After a rigorous independent assessment process, all nine Accountable Communities of Health (ACHs) will earn incentives for the second pay-for-reporting (P4R) reporting cycle of year 6 of the Medicaid Transformation Project (MTP).
Incentives earned from July–December are for:
- Demonstrating progress on updated implementation work plans.
- Milestone achievement through semi-annual reporting.
