Foundational Community Supports: Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Virtual Fidelity Review Training 

HCA is seeking agency staff that have an interest in being part of a fidelity reviewer team, or hosting a fidelity review. The first step to receiving a contract for either alternative is to attend fidelity reviewer training.

Training will be presented virtually, and will be completed in two sessions. Please sign up for each session separately.

Join the FCS team!

The Health Care Authority is hiring FCS Supportive Housing Program Managers (MAPS3) 

This position works with providers of permanent supportive housing to individuals experiencing behavioral health challenges throughout the state. This individual ensures providers meet expectations for quality and effectiveness through training, technical assistance, and consultation.

The ideal candidate is a strong public speaker and works well independently. If you are a firm believer in the value of evidence-based recovery supports, this may be the position for you!

Medicaid Transformation Project (MTP) extension

  • Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) approved an extension for Washington’s current MTP waiver period.
    • The Health Care Authority (HCA) received the extension approval on November 28, 2022.
    • The new end date for the current MTP waiver period is June 30, 2022.

 


Service providers for homeless populations in Washington State are eligible for economic relief

Service workers working in Washington State with an immediate economic need and income at or below 80 percent of the county area median income they live in may be eligible for a stipend up to $2,000.

A second stipend payment of up to $2,000 is also available for individuals who received an initial stipend payment and who are still working for the same eligible organization six months after approval of the first stipend payment. Only those who have been approved for the first stipend payment will be eligible for a second stipend payment.
