Apple Health (Medicaid) Provider Alert

What changed?

COVID-19 vaccine clinical policy

Effective for dates of service on and after November 21, 2022, the Health Care Authority (HCA) added the following COVID vaccine booster procedure code to the Apple Health (Medicaid) COVID-19 vaccine clinical policy and fee schedule:

HCA also added contact information for providers who have telehealth policy, billing, or coding questions.

COVID-19 testing clinical policy
HCA added contact information for providers who have telehealth policy, billing, or coding questions.
