Foundational Community Supports Presents: The Washington Supportive Housing Academy

The Washington Supportive Housing Academy is a series of trainings designed to be accessible and educational to all who may want to attend. Starting in November, the Academy includes a series of webinars on the most relevant topics facing service providers, property managers, developers, and other stakeholders. To ground attendees in relationship-building and the critical importance of integrating peers into supportive housing models, we are kicking off the Academy with a session on integrating tenant feedback.

All sessions are free of charge, made possible by the Washington State Health Care Authority (WA HCA).

Who Should Attend the Academy?

All interested parties are welcome and encouraged to attend all four upcoming sessions, but you are welcome to choose whichever sessions fit your schedule. These sessions are open to service providers, developers, property managers, tenants, and any other stakeholders who are interested in establishing and sustaining supportive housing in their communities.

Why Attend the Academy?

The Washington Supportive Housing Academy offers in-depth, accessible, free of charge trainings for any stakeholders interested in supportive housing. The Academy includes a comprehensive overview of supportive housing, property management, service coordination, fair housing, and development. Attendees will come away with a thorough understanding of how to expand supportive housing opportunities in their communities
