Request for Proposal for Electronic Consent Management Solution

The Health Care Authority (HCA) is reengaging stakeholders with the Electronic Consent Management project, which aims to address current gaps in consent management. A Request for Proposal (RFP) for a technology solution is currently out for responses. We expect to choose a successful bidder by the first quarter of 2023.

You have been identified as a potential stakeholder for this project. We invite you to view the electronic consent management webpage for more information and to contact HCA about becoming an early user of this new system.

You'll find the RFP at the bottom of the page along with other resources. Please send the RFP to anyone you think would be interested in submitting a response.
