Join HCA's Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery for a new web series dedicated to implementation of peer services in organizations and agencies across Washington State. The webisodes will provide an open learning environment to discuss topics related to peer supervision and implementation of peer supports as a successful service and book of business.

Shelly Shor Bio: Shelly Shor is the OPS (Operationalizing peer support) program manager for the Washington State Health Care Authority’s Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery. Shelly is a licensed clinical social worker with more than 15 years of experience working in the behavioral health field. She has worked as both a direct care provider and clinical supervisor and is a certified peer counselor with lived experience as a parent peer. Shelly is passionate about supporting people in becoming their best selves, while staying true to their authentic selves. She is also enthusiastic about supporting supervisors in becoming champions in their role.
