ACHs earn incentives in first pay-for-reporting cycle

After a rigorous independent assessment process, all nine Accountable Communities of Health (ACHs) will earn incentives for the first pay-for-reporting (P4R) reporting cycle of year 6 of the Medicaid Transformation Project (MTP). We’re moving from the previous semi-annual reporting (SAR) process to a streamlined, point-in-time reporting process for P4R reporting. Incentives earned from January–June 2022 are for:

  • Demonstrating progress on updated implementation work plans.
  • Milestone achievement through semi-annual reporting.
