SEB Board approves Uniform Medical Plan resolutions

On June 23, 2022, the School Employees Benefits Board (SEB Board) met virtually. The meeting was open to the public via Zoom.

The Board approved two resolutions for the Uniform Medical Plan (UMP) High Deductible health plan. Health Care Authority (HCA) staff introduced a proposed resolution that would allow members who change between the Public Employees Benefits Board (PEBB) and SEBB Programs but stay in a UMP plan to transfer certain accumulated expenses. The Board also received an update on proposed 2023 Kaiser Permanente of Washington Options plan changes.
