FCS TAP Testimonial

The Foundational Community Supports Transition Assistance Program – or FCS TAP – launched on May 2 and is now serving FCS supportive housing enrollees across Washington!

The program is actively removing financial barriers to housing for numerous FCS supportive housing enrollees by covering move-in costs and other housing-related fees.

Click here to learn more about how Richard, an FCS supportive housing enrollee being served by Compass Career Solutions in Everett, used FCS TAP to transition into stable, quality housing.

FCS Fidelity Review Survey

If you have participated in Foundational Community Supports Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) and/or Supported Employment (SE) services, we ask you to please take the FCS Fidelity Review Survey.

As required by the Washington State Legislature in the 2013 Bill 2SSB 5732, HCA is responsible for administering evidence-based practices that achieve improved outcomes for adult behavioral health clients. The FCS program works to achieve improved outcomes in PSH and SE by a.) offering comprehensive training on these evidence-based practices, and b.) conducting fidelity reviews to help identify areas for continuous improvement to the models employed.

HCA recognizes that not all organizations have opted to participate in the fidelity review process and is reaching out to request feedback on obstacles that may have limited your participation in a fidelity review. The following survey should take no more than 15 minutes of your time. We ask that you take time to complete this survey so that we can work to address the identified obstacles as we continue to work to achieve the intent of the referenced Washington State Legislature 2013 Bill. Please complete this survey no later than July 11th, 2022. Click the link below to access the survey.
