Navia Benefit Solutions administers the Flexible Spending Arrangements (FSAs) and the Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP). Navia is launching a new employer portal for SEBB benefit administrators (BAs). The new employer portal will allow BAs to:

  • View and edit employees’ demographic information
  • Add or terminate employees’ FSA/DCAP enrollments
  • Securely upload paper forms (enrollment and change in status) directly to Navia
  • Securely upload monthly payroll files directly to Navia
