ProviderOne help ticket system transition launching on Tuesday, May 24, 2022

The ProviderOne help ticketing system will begin sending ProviderOne help email communications from HCA Services, hca@servicenowservices.com beginning Tuesday May 24, 2022.


What does this mean to you?

You will continue to use the email addresses mmishelp@hca.wa.govhipaa-help@hca.wa.gov or HCABHDS@hca.wa.gov, to send in a ProviderOne system help ticket, however, a ticket will be auto-generated from ServiceNow and email communications will be sent back to you from HCA Services. These communications will look a little different from the current communications received on a ticket. The format of the ticket number assigned to your request will now look similar to P10001123.
