PEBB Program Rulemaking Notice

The Health Care Authority (HCA) filed the enclosed rulemaking notices with the Office of the Code Reviser on May 3, 2022. The notices were published in the Washington State Register on May 18, 2022 as WSR 22-10-081, 22-10-082, 22-10-083, 22-10-084, and 22-10-085. HCA is sending you this rulemaking notice to let you know about proposed changes to the Public Employees Benefits Board (PEBB) Program rules regarding enrollment, eligibility, and appeals procedures. The hyperlinks above contain the proposed amendments filed by HCA.

Public meeting

HCA will hold a virtual public hearing and take testimony at 10 a.m. on June 7, 2022. You must register for this public hearing before the meeting starts on June 7, 2022.
