Provider Directory – April 2022

The Health Care Authority (HCA) sends you this notification to update you on our Provider Directory implementation efforts. We last notified you on March 1, 2022.

Provider Directory implementation postponed

HCA is continuing to work with 3rd parties to make application options available to our clients. We are currently working through the publication process with Google and Apple.

Although we are not live yet, we will notify you prior to go-live.

Update your provider file

If you have not already done so, you must take the following steps:

Find the user manual pertinent to your practice and update your practice information.
- If you have more than one location enrolled under an NPI, please refer to Step 14 for each of your locations and add the providers practicing at those locations.

Update whether your location is accepting new clients. Please find the fact sheet for instructions.
