SEBB Program rulemaking notice

The Health Care Authority (HCA) has filed with the Office of the Code Reviser the following two Preproposal Statement of Inquiry (CR-101). Washington State Register (WSR) 22-04-095 opens chapters 182‑30, 182‑31, and 182-32 Washington Administrative Code (WAC) so HCA can conduct a review of the School Employees Benefits Board (SEBB) Program rules. WSR 22-04-096 reviews multiple sections within chapters 182-30 and 182-31 WAC that may require SEB Board policy resolutions.
