Apple Health (Medicaid) Provider Alert

Attention home health providers:

The Health Care Authority (HCA) has revised the Home Health (Acute Care Services) Billing Guide, effective January 21, 2022.

What has changed?

HCA has corrected the outpatient occupational therapy assistant modifier. The modifier for this service should be CO, not GO.
