Apple Health (Medicaid) Provider Alert

Attention Vision Hardware providers:

The Health Care Authority (HCA) has revised the Vision Hardware for Clients Age 20 and Younger Billing Guide, effective January 21, 2022.

What has changed?

HCA has revised the resources identified for clients with low vision aids, updating the agencies listed and providing hyperlinks to these contacts.
