New HCA email address for new or updated policy and procedure inquiries

The Health Care Authority wants you to know that we have changed the email address for inquiries on new or updated policies and procedures.

Effective immediately:
Please discontinue use of HCANewProcReview@hca.wa.gov, and update your directory with the new address: AppleHealthClinicalPolicy@hca.wa.gov.

Emails sent to the former address will only be forwarded until November 30, 2021.
