HCA primary care provider stakeholder survey – deadline extended!

The Health Care Authority (HCA) wants to hear from providers and other stakeholders on proposed design components for the Washington Multi-payer Primary Care Transformation Model

At the end of May, HCA released a primary care stakeholder survey to gather provider and other stakeholder input on proposed provider accountabilities under the Washington Multi-payer Primary Care Transformation Model. The survey announcement and actual survey can be found on the HCA website.

The new deadline to respond is Friday, June 18.

The survey

Please respond to the survey if you haven’t already. Your feedback is critical as we continue designing the primary care model for all Washingtonians. Feedback will be combined with payer input to build out the overall framework of accountabilities for both providers and payers under the Model.

The survey will take approximately 20-30 minutes to complete. Please consult the PDF version of the survey prior to responding.
