Apple Health (Medicaid) Provider Alert

The Health Care Authority (HCA) revised the Physician-Related Services/Health Care Professional Services Billing Guide, dated March 5, 2021.

What has changed?

To align with 2021 CPT® coding revisions, HCA replaced HCPCS code G0297 with CPT® code 71271 in the Cancer screens and EPA criteria list sections of the guide.
