Apple Health (Medicaid) vision provider service update

The Health Care Authority is sending you this courtesy update to the alert you received December 2, 2020. It may impact you and your clients.

What

We previously notified you that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, vision providers who order glasses for Apple Health clients from CI Optical may experience longer wait times through January 2021.

We recently received information stating that this delay would likely be extended through February 2021.
