The Health Care Authority and the Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery (DBHR) is committed to ensuring that the vital work of supporting individuals in recovery can continue via telehealth delivery in response to the COVID-19 crisis.

The laptop loan program will be supporting the full spectrum of providers working in Recovery Supports around the state, and there is a limited supply of computers available for distribution. Please only complete an application if you are unable to obtain a laptop independently and the lack of access to technology is impeding your ability to provide telehealth services to clients in need.
 
Fill out the form completely and accurately to the best of your ability, we will endeavor to respond within three business days with a decision however this may be delayed if the information in your application is unclear. Laptops will be distributed via mail from HCA to successful applicants. As the computers are provided through a temporary loan, your application will be retained by HCA to assist with the return process at a future date corresponding with the end of the COVID-19 crisis. Your information will remain confidential and will be looked at by an interdisciplinary team charged with reviewing the applications.
