SEBB open enrollment and plan information available now

We know you’re eager to see the details of the SEBB Program, and now you can.

Important webpages to bookmark

We have updated the school employee webpages with information and print-outs about:

School Employee Initial Enrollment Guide posted — and mailing soon

We've posted the official School Employee Initial Enrollment Guide on our webpages before it mails to your eligible employees on September 18. We will also mail extra copies of the guide and enrollment form packets to your organization’s designated benefits administrator.

More available October 1

SEBB My Account (our online enrollment system for employees), the Virtual Benefits Fair, and the ALEX benefits advisor tool will be available on the SEBB open enrollment webpage starting October 1.

Employee eligibility data due September 10

Just a reminder — you have until 5 p.m. on September 10 to upload (or manually input) your employee eligibility data into SEBB My Account. This ensures that:

  • We have your eligible employees’ correct addresses to mail the School Employee Initial Enrollment Guide on September 18.
  • Your employees will be able to enroll in the Medical Flexible Spending Arrangement, Dependent Care Assistance Program, and life insurance benefits through Navia Benefit Solutions’ and MetLife’s enrollment portals starting October 1.

Check out the dashboard to see if we’ve received eligibility data from you, and status updates for all Washington SEBB organizations. (This dashboard will be updated each weekday through September on the SEBB Program benefits administrators’ webpage under "SEBB eligibility file information.") Please note this information only represents if we have received at least one eligible subscriber for each organization. Whether you have finished loading eligible subscribers is determined by you. You can use SEBB My Account to see uploaded eligible employees from the file(s) you submitted.

Eligibility notification letters coming Monday

We will send an email on Monday with templates of eligibility notification letters.
