The guest on the August webinar is Keri Waterland, the new DBHR Director. Come listen to what she has to say, ask questions, and provide feedback about the division.

The webinar is August 19, from 2-3 p.m.

New name for the OCP

We will soon launch a re-branding and outreach effort. We will get your input first and the re-brand will be a preview:

The Office of Consumer Partnerships will be renamed The Office of Recovery Partnerships (ORP)
This will eliminate the use of the word "consumer" and be a more inclusive title.

Peer respite advisory group

Are you highly interested in peer respites? Did you know that Washington will be creating five respites in 2020? We need peers on our advisory group who can help guide the work in focusing on peer values.

If you have interest and knowledge in this area and would like to be on the peer advisory committee, please contact jennifer.bliss@hca.wa.gov

Our first meeting is August 26 from 9-12 with the option of joining a larger stakeholder group and WAC review in the afternoon.
