ACTION NEEDED: Authorize SEBB My Account administrators by July 12

In order for your employees to make SEBB benefit elections beginning October 1, 2019, your organization must have a SEBB My Account authorized administrator. You may have already received an email from DocuSign requesting your signature. Please review the SEBB My Account security policy in that email, and electronically sign and return the SEBB My Account authorization form by July 12. We encourage you to respond as early as possible.

Response is required

SEBB My Account, the online enrollment system for the SEBB Program, contains private, protected data. You must designate at least one person to hold administrative rights on behalf of your organization and to assign access to other SEBB My Account users.

HCA must receive the signed authorization form in order for your organization’s staff to access SEBB My Account and identify benefit eligible employees. Your employees will not be able to access the online enrollment system unless you identify your organization’s authorized administrator.

If your district needs more than one authorized administrator

We must receive one authorized administrator through DocuSign. If your district requires additional administrators, you can download the form through DocuSign, and fill out and sign additional copies of your saved form to register authorized administrators. You can then send the completed and signed forms to hcasebbitsupport@hca.wa.gov. HCA staff will be monitoring the mailbox for submissions. You must register one user through DocuSign before manually submitting additional authorized administrators.

Next steps

Once the SEBB My Account authorization form is signed, HCA will create an administrator profile in SEBB My Account for your designated and authorized administrator. This is imperative because your organization’s authorized administrator will be responsible for uploading an employee eligibility file to SEBB My Account. The final eligibility file, which must be provided in September, will be the mechanism for reporting all SEBB-eligible employees for benefits in the coming open enrollment period.
