Interpreter Services dashboard available

The Health Care Authority (HCA) Interpreter Services (IS) program is now offering a data dashboard where you can view utilization data, including fill rate by date, county, language, and program.

Tips for using the data dashboard:

Click on the forward or backward arrows at the bottom of each page to navigate
You must choose the last day of the month when using the date filters in order for data to appear.

HCA is required to protect the privacy of individuals receiving services. For this reason, this report suppresses the number and percentage of interpreter services requests that contain less than 50 total requests per year.
