Interpreter services scheduling update
HCA has a new vendor, Universal Language Service (Universal), who will be filling requests for authorized requestors for Medicaid-covered and social service interpreter services provided July 1, 2018, and after.
Interpreter update
All documents submitted by Friday, June 22, 2018, at 5 p.m. are being processed and can be viewed online.
Interpreters must log in to their Universal account to view the status of their documents.
Interpreter accounts will continue to be updated in real time to confirm and crosscheck all requirements.
Jobs will be assigned to interpreters throughout the next few days. Priority will be given to July jobs transferred from Language Link.
Interpreters who meet all requirements will be reassigned to their original jobs.
Medicaid and social service providers update
Facility accounts will be entered throughout Tuesday, June 26, 2018. HCA requirements will be confirmed and cross-checked before issuing login credentials to individual authorized requestors.
Authorized requestor login credentials will be sent throughout Wednesday, June 27, 2018.
Authorized requestors will be able to view their jobs transferred from Language Link.
