Interpreter Services Update

Our HCA Interpreter Services website has been updated! Please visit to learn more about program changes and how to request an interpreter for limited English speaking and deaf and hard of hearing clients.

HCA has a new vendor, Universal Language Service (Universal), who will be filling requests for Medicaid covered interpreter services provided July 1, 2018 and after.
