Apple Health (Medicaid) Provider Alert

The Health Care Authority (HCA) has published a revised Physician-Related Services/Health Care Professional Services Billing Guide, effective May 1, 2018.

HCA clarified language and added hyperlinks for the Qualis Health medical necessity review that is required for botulinum toxin injections (Botox) to treat chronic migraines and tension-type headaches.
