Apple Health (Medicaid) Provider Alert

The Health Care Authority (HCA) updated the Prescription Drug Program Billing Guide, effective March 1, 2018.

What has changed?

Listed professionally administered drugs that are reimbursed through fee-for-service for managed care clients.
Added a reference for information on Alpha Hydroxyprogesterone (17P) and Makena. Referred readers to HCA’s Physician Related Services/Health Care Professional Services Billing Guide.
Added a telephone phone number extension for information on lost or stolen prescriptions.
