Apple Health (Medicaid) Provider Alert

The Health Care Authority (agency) has corrected the November 1, 2017, Fee-for-Service (FFS) Preferred Drug List (PDL).

The list was updated to include Mavyret™ and Vosevi™ as preferred products and removes Victrelis® because it is no longer manufactured. These changes were effective for dates of service on and after October 1, 2017.
