Webinar offers toolkit for success with alternative payment methods

The Practice Transformation Support Hub is offering “A Value Based Toolkit for Primary Care,” a two-part webinar that explains alternative payment models (APMs) and clearly identifies which patient populations, services, and approaches to chronic condition management boost revenue and financial success in MIPs, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial insurance contracts. 

The November 1 webinar explains a path to success and the November 8 webinar describes how to choose what will work best for your practice. The toolkit that accompanies the webinars includes dozens of examples, tools, templates and explanations that will optimize your practice’s performance on APMs, or increase your revenue on contracts with traditional payment methods without compromising performance on APMs.
