Purpose: The agency is revising these rules to align with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) covered outpatient drug rule, CMS-2345-FC. Specifically, the agency will replace estimated acquisition cost with actual acquisition cost.  (WSR 17-13-071)
