UPDATE: The 10 year analysis for ESB 6228.PL, titled AN ACT Relating to removing a tax exemption for the warehousing and reselling of prescription drugs and providing tax relief for critical access pharmacies, has been completed. The Office of Financial Management has identified this bill as requiring a ten-year projection of increased cost to the taxpayers or affected fee payers.
