SSB 6355 AMH APP H3826.1, titled AN ACT Relating to creating partnerships to improve the reliability and capacity of the electric transmission system, including through a Washington electric transmission authority, has been introduced in the Senate. The Office of Financial Management has identified this bill as requiring a ten-year projection of increased cost to the taxpayers or affected fee payers.
