UPDATE: The 10 year analysis for HB 2487, titled AN ACT Relating to taxes imposed on insurers operating within the state, has been completed. The Office of Financial Management has identified this bill as requiring a ten-year projection of increased cost to the taxpayers or affected fee payers.

Wash State Health Care Authority:

While the overall cash receipts impact is indeterminate, any fund receipts to pay for indeterminate increased costs in the Apple Health (AH) program would come either from the Title XIX Medicaid grant or the Title XXI Children’s Health Insurance Program grant.
