Visit the OFM Service Portal at https://ofmwa.servicenowservices.com/sp to view active outages or degraded service.

What has changed since last update?

Clearing the browser cache continues to resolve the issue for most users – please be sure you clear the cache for all history. We have attached instructions for all three supported browsers to help you.

If you access the Report Portal via SAW, we recommend either:

  • using an “incognito” session (in Edge, it’s called an InPrivate window; in Firefox, it’s called a private window), or
  • working with your local IT support to flush your DNS settings and then clear your browser cache

If you try the above and are still experiencing an issue, please let us know and provide screenshots or details if possible.

What has changed since last update?

We believe this issue is related to changes that were made to the Report Portal yesterday (Sunday, September 28.)

Clearing the browser cache has resolved the issue for most users. Please try clearing your cache (your local IT can assist with this if needed) and then report back to let us know if that worked or not. We will continue to look into this to ensure we’ve addressed all reported issues.
