UPDATE: The 10 year analysis for HB 2038, titled AN ACT Relating to establishing the youth behavioral health account and funding the account through the imposition of a business and occupation additional tax on the operation of social media platforms, has been completed. The Office of Financial Management has identified this bill as requiring a ten-year projection of increased cost to the taxpayers or affected fee payers.
