UPDATE: The 10 year analysis for HB 1072, titled AN ACT Relating to preserving access to protected health care services by requiring department of health review of certain health care business transactions which could affect access to protected health
care services while balancing access to community health services, has been completed. The Office of Financial Management has identified this bill as requiring a ten-year projection of increased cost to the taxpayers or affected fee payers.
